Darien Bauer’s story shows that one can lead a passionate life in an area one loves. By building and maintaining reliable aircraft you and I can enjoy our flights safely, something Darien takes great care in achieving. He also continues to study amidst his busy work life, demonstrating what it means to care about what you do – it also gives him the freedom and power to choose his employment and airline company. Darien enjoys his small achievements every day, but a major moment for him was completing a sensitive and difficult repair job for a Cirrus aircraft that was badly damaged.
